I had surgery last summer, and it was done with costal cartilage.. It was a revision surgery, and at first I liked everything, but as time passed only the bridge area got lower and the tip showed no sign of coming down Maybe because it was costal cartilage.. I guess so.. I’ve heard over and over that only the tip looks high, so it’s stressful. From the front I can’t tell I had a nose job, but from the side the tip is so high that everyone can tell.. I was going to lower the tip, but since with costal cartilage you have to lower it again, the shape looked even stranger, so I’m thinking it might be better to just raise the bridge by 1 to 2 mm. Would that be okay?. From a low bridge and a bulbous nose like mine, this is a miracle nose, but it stands out too much....
