First of all, I’d be grateful if you read my post to the end. I feel so stuck.. To start from the beginning, I had rhinoplasty on January 1 this year. From the side, my nostrils looked triangular and the inside of my nose was all visible, so I went to a plastic surgery clinic to fix that and also slightly raise my nose. They said my nose was crooked, and they broke both sides of the nasal bone, put some cartilage in the nostrils so the triangular nostrils wouldn’t show, and so on.. so I had my nose done at a high price. Then 6 months later, I asked that hospital to do revision surgery for free. My nostrils hadn’t changed at all, and my nose was not a ski-slope nose but a straight nose like a man’s nose.. So I asked them to make it a ski-slope nose, and my nasal tip was also crooked to the left.. I asked them to fix that too, and the most important thing is that honestly, the reason I decided on cosmetic surgery was the nostril issue.. My nostrils hadn’t changed at all, so I asked them to focus on that. So during the revision surgery, they put cartilage in my nostrils. But even now, from the side, my nostrils look the same as before... It’s now day 13 after revision surgery. The swelling is almost all gone, and unlike the first surgery, it doesn’t hurt, the swelling isn’t lingering, and I can touch my nose however I want. Except for the area where cartilage was inserted, it doesn’t hurt and feels no different from before.. But what I’m worried about is, will these nostrils come down? I don’t think the cartilage has fully healed yet. But when looking from the side, does the nostrils coming down have anything to do with putting cartilage in the area where the cartilage was inserted? I’m so frustrated..!! And because I asked for a ski-slope nose, they said they put cadaver cartilage or something in the nasal tip.. But I don’t know if the height of the previous silicone and the cadaver cartilage is different; it’s subtle, but it seems like my nasal dorsum is slightly protruding. I think the silicone area is higher.. I marked it in red in the photo.. I don’t know if I just feel that way because I’m sensitive... And in the second-to-last photo, the area circled in light green is the part where the nostril came down a little thanks to the cartilage. But I didn’t have revision surgery just to bring it down only this much... ha.. What should I really do?
