Hi? My nose isn't one that really has anything to criticize. My side profile line is pretty, my nasolabial angle is okay, and my nasal tip is high, so it looks pretty. (Not bragging Plastic surgery doctors told me this.) I only had nasal cartilage tying done. But despite that, the reason I want surgery is that from the front, I don't have a nasal bridge and it looks low. From the front it looks low and has a slightly bulbous-nose feel, so I went around for consultations because I wanted to improve that. I emphasized that I wanted a small, short, round nose with a cute yet pure image, but also a slim feel, with the nasal bridge raised in a way that suits me, no chalk-like feeling x, absolutely no obvious surgery look x. All 3 clinics are places I trust, each with a different aesthetic goal, but they all recommended different things, so my head hurts.. Since this would be my first nose surgery, I don't really know well either. Could you help me?! First, I'll summarize the consultation details. 1. An honest clinic with no overtreatment, definite skill, and a really reasonable price This is a clinic whose skill I really acknowledge, and my friend had surgery there too. I also had cartilage tying done here and saw a really definite effect, so I thought all nose surgery was easy. My friend also went through my recommendation and had nose surgery, and it turned out natural and pretty. Anyway! So I went trusting them, and at first they were like, “Do you really need it?” Then when I said I wanted it a bit higher but wanted to do it without an implant, they said a non-implant approach would not have much effect and could spread out (dermis). They said it would be cleaner to simply place a thin 2 mm silicone implant, and that it would raise the bridge neatly without looking obvious. The price was the cheapest. 2. Famous for nose surgery, a two-doctor clinic, and both are really good. A father-and-son clinic I knew they pursued natural results and didn't overtreat, but once I actually went, I liked the consultation even more. At first they said, “Hmm.. your nose shape is already pretty.. I don't think you need to do it.. How about trying filler first?” and they didn't recommend nose surgery. But I'm absolutely against filler, so I said I had no intention of putting in filler, wanted my nasal bridge raised naturally, and would do the tip too if needed, naturally. I emphasized that I wanted to see an effect but no surgery look xx, so they said let's use functional dermis for the nasal bridge. The price range was quite high. I really liked the consultation.. I paid a deposit. But then I started debating between this and clinic 3. Oh, and this place uses a closed approach. 3. A famous clinic in Cheongdam-dong, mostly reached by referrals, no advertising at all An influencer I really like had it done here. But there are no reviews. Since it's really all referrals, I guess they don't need to post reviews. Anyway, here they said for the nasal tip! They would slightly correct the crooked cartilage, use septal cartilage if possible to raise it slightly, and if it was insufficient, use some other material. I don't remember.. Since I have a bulbous-nose feel, they said they'd put something in so there wouldn't be shadows on the sides of the nose/alar area and spread the nostril wings. I don't remember the material well I'm planning to go for another consultation.. I seriously need to take notes. They said because my face is on the cute and pure side, it wouldn't be good if it looked obvious, and the consultant actually recommended removing the bulbous-nose feel rather than focusing on the bridge, by doing the tip and removing those alar shadows. The doctor added + donated dermis for the nasal bridge. +> The influencer's nose I like is currently pretty, cute, and has a short-nose feel, so I also think maybe I should just do it here. But I heard things like if you use septal cartilage, you might not be able to breathe.. or later the nasal tip may droop.. or that you can't go back to how it was before, so I'm really debating.. Ah, the price range was okay. This place uses an open approach. I'm debating between numbers 2 and 3.. Donated dermis for the nasal bridge sounds good, and if correcting the tip makes it prettier too, of course I'd do it, but I also wonder if there might be a reason clinics 1 and 2 didn't recommend the tip.. And I'm worried for no reason that side effects + not being able to go back to before + a crooked nose? things like that might happen, so my head hurts 1,000 times a day..^^ What do you all think? Since I don't have much nose knowledge, I think my head hurts even more.. Please help me
칠성제로우사이다 The septum plays a role in supporting the nasal dorsum, and I heard that extracting the septum is, metaphorically, like making a building with a frame instead of leaving the inside hollow. Like a “boneless apartment” feeling?? Looking at the consultation details, you liked it too and the surgery doesn't seem to carry a big risk, so for me, number 2!!

I do really like the second one, but I'm debating because I keep thinking, if the bulbous-nose feel + nasal tip got prettier too, wouldn't my face look so much prettier? If the tip got a bit slimmer and the bulbous-nose feel disappeared, it would be pretty, you know.. Human greed really has no end. Like you said, I should visit number 2 again!!

디디디 Number 2 seems really trustworthy. If you don't remember the material for number 3, definitely go for another consultation. There was a clinic I was going to visit because I liked their aesthetic sense, but after hearing the material, I removed it from my list completely.
