I lived my whole life thinking I just had a bulbous nose lol My nose shape is a bit blunt, so I simply thought reducing only the nostril wings would be enough. But when I went for a consultation, the director looked at my overall facial proportions and nose condition and said I had a deviated nose, short nose, bulbous nose, and even a slight hump. It was the first time I heard that, so I was flustered lol They especially explained that because the central axis of my face is slightly rotated, perfect symmetry might be difficult, but instead we should focus on improving it to look more harmonious than the current state lol At first, there were more areas to adjust than I expected, so I was a bit mentally overwhelmed, but they explained everything thoroughly and said the final satisfaction would likely be high, so I decided to have surgery lol Now I've recovered to some extent after surgery, and I really like my nose line lol It was refined naturally without looking excessive, and my overall facial proportions look completely different too lol In the end, I'm thinking it was a good choice lol
