Maybe because my first surgery used silicone and septal cartilage? My nasal bridge and tip sank quickly, and because my nose made my whole face look unsophisticated, like a spread-out nose, I’m going around for consultations to get revision rhinoplasty. I saw reviews and got information from another community, so I went for a consultation here. First of all, the hospital is really big, to the point it felt intimidating lol, and there were so many people. So honestly, while waiting, my expectations dropped a little, but once I actually went in for the director’s consultation, the director gave me a sincere and good consultation. First, he said that to get the nose I want, I would need to use costal cartilage, and since my existing silicone height is low, it would need to be replaced with a higher one. When I asked if that would make it look too burdensomely high, he said no and drew on my side profile to show me a simulated line? For the frontal look, he also adjusted it while I looked in the mirror, so I think he examined things very thoroughly. It was a pretty decent place, so I’m going to think about it more.
