It’s almost been 6 months since my surgery~ My nasal bridge was high, the bone was wide and firm, and I had a lot of soft tissue on my nose. I was told it was a special/complex nose and difficult in many ways, so I went around to several places and finally got a consultation and had surgery~ I was worried because it involved osteotomy, but since it was done under sedation, it didn’t hurt, and after sleeping well and waking up, the surgery was already over~ haha They did an osteotomy, shaved down the hump, and since my nasal bridge was already high, they didn’t put anything in it. They raised the nasal tip a little with silicone~ They also removed quite a lot of soft tissue from my nose, did nostril/alar base reduction, and even did cat surgery~ But cat surgery isn’t that great, because it can make you look like a monkey. There’s also a foreign-body sensation. The foreign-body sensation was severe, so I had revision surgery to replace it with a smaller one~ My facial features were originally large and I have double eyelids, but it feels like my eyes, which had been overshadowed by my nose, are finally getting to shine~ I’m hearing a lot of people ask if I had epicanthoplasty~ haha
