They do the surgery safely.... There are no functional side effects, and there is really no drooping of the nasal tip. I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and it seems like they really use the septal cartilage very sturdily and well. I do not think I can say their aesthetic sense is good. They made it too thin.. I am looking into revision surgery. They do surgery safely and well.
