Consultation for my first nose surgery They clearly tell you what can and can't be done. It felt like they considered the doctor's needs and stability more than the patient's needs. They were firm. That doesn't mean they were unkind. I went after seeing posts saying the consultation manager was unfriendly, but I didn't feel that at all. They simply explained only what was needed, clearly and neatly.
