Never ever get functional cosmetic rhinoplasty I lost all my septal cartilage and developed empty nose syndrome I clearly said that breathing was not uncomfortable for me The shape is a total disaster If they’re an ENT clinic, they should at least be good at function, or if they’re going to do nose surgery, they should at least have good aesthetics I said I had no discomfort with breathing but the surgery explanation was damn simple, like it was some easy procedure, they gave a rough explanation, and then for the actual surgery they basically did every possible thing to my nose Of course, there was no explanation before or after It only came out after I brought my surgical records and grilled them. They seemed offended about explaining the surgery. Oh, and also, this place secretly uses mesh all the time
