It’s been exactly one month today since my first rhinoplasty, and that damn director made my nose look like this, so whenever I meet people I always end up covering my nose when I talk.. ha.. I’m thinking of getting revision surgery as soon as I hit 6 months. There’s a severe step-off at the nasal tip, and only the tip bulges out,,,^^….. My nostrils also got really big.. I edited only the nasal tip in Photoshop. To make it look like that, would it maybe be possible to revise only the nasal tip..? And they used donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage in my nasal tip, so if I get revision surgery, would it be possible to reuse the donated costal cartilage?? Or can revision be done with ear cartilage..?? (my ear cartilage hasn’t been touched at all) I absolutely have no intention of using autologous costal cartilage. Even if it looks somewhat okay in photos, in real life, everyone I meet mentions my nasal tip. 1. Whether revision of only the nasal tip is possible to get the nose I want 2. Whether revision is possible by reusing donated costal cartilage or using ear cartilage I’m so, so curious..
익명 Something about it, looking at that photo, a glamorous nose suits you well, so your current nose is really pretty too?! It has so much presence And actually, nostrils that extend long and straight like that look natural and pretty?! How many months post-op are you now?

의건짱 Seeing the phrase that you’ll do it again as soon as 6 months pass, it seems like it hasn’t been long since surgery yet. There’s a high chance it’s swelling, and the nasal tip will gradually come down.
익명 Since you have protruding mouth, that much nose seems to fit your facial proportions... And if it’s only been one month, later it will come down to the point where you’ll be praying it doesn’t droop.
