Was the donated dermis laid in to increase the height??

[@] Oh, no Since I had silicone contracture, back then I had no plastic surgery knowledge at all, whether it was dermis or anything else, so when removing the silicone I just did whatever the director suggested

Dermis varies a lot by person, but its advantage is that it looks natural, so not only is it not as slim and sharp as silicone, it can absorb unevenly, so people who had silicone placed usually aren't satisfied I had it placed very thinly just to reinforce a step-off, and it engrafted relatively well, but I thought if it had gone over just 2 mm, I would have spiraled mentally.. With donated costal cartilage, it depends on the rib cartilage, so inflammation issues also need to be considered, and even without inflammation it absorbs quickly, so the nasal tip would have dropped. Why on earth did they recommend the combination of donated dermis + donated costal cartilage..? It wasn't even autologous costal cartilage + donated dermis.. (For reference, among rib cartilage, donated costal cartilage absorbs well, and among dermis, autologous dermis absorbs well.) I hope this surgery becomes your last one, everyone

So you can even see that the flesh on one side has sunken a bit The cartilage is protruding too, ahhhh, I really should have known things clearly and done it like you It was only at my 4th surgery that I realized autologous costal cartilage is the answer I'll really make this one my last surgery. [@겨울쨩] The doctor’s sense was completely gone.. I think it’s important to compromise between the ideal you want and reality!! Still, these days they remove dermis cleanly and well. Don’t worry, go get it done well!!! Fighting
