A few years ago I had my nose done, but it was too high, so I only removed the bridge. I left the cartilage at the tip in place. Then the tip became blunt. I hated that, so I removed all of the tip too, but it still didn't go back to my original nose. It stayed blunt and the tip became stiff. At the same time, the pores on my nose got bigger and breathing felt a bit stuffy. I've had sedation anesthesia several times, maybe 5 times? I feel like my memory got worse. I did this 3 times like that. Of course, the same hospital did it for free (I think that's only natural). What I learned is, if you don't like something, I don't think you should remove everything. There was definitely a reason I had the first surgery. Rather than regretting what I did then, I think it's wiser to think about how to improve the current situation. Luckily, the nose is a surgery that can be corrected enough (now I know that at the time I could have lowered the bridge and corrected the tip enough, but I just thought it was a failure and only wanted to remove everything). But now the problem is that since I've had it done 3 times, I'm too scared to do it again. I do have greed, so although my nose isn't ridiculously weird, I still want it prettier, but I'm worried that operating on a blunt nose will make it look pinched, so please recommend a hospital that does natural-looking surgery ㅎ Photo = if you remove the bridge, it becomes blunt like that. My original nose was slender, so please keep that in mind

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
