Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Thinking about a revision after 6 years

My nose used to be very slightly upturned, and because that was a complex for me, I had nose surgery using septal cartilage and Gore-Tex. But even after the surgery, my family still doesn't know I had nose surgery. After the first surgery, they thought I was a guy who got into a fight somewhere and ended up bruised. I heard that upturned noses are hard to make look pretty, but I feel like mine turned out really bad. The Gore-Tex settled down a lot too (it wasn't very high to begin with). I got a consultation this time, and they said it could be done by tying ear cartilage to the end of the septum. What I'm wondering is, if they tie ear cartilage to the tip, will the upturned nose come down a lot too? Six years have passed, so the tip has hardened, so it seems possible, but I want the bridge made higher with silicone too. Is that possible?
