Forehead fat graft + nose done today haha

Today was finally the surgery day I’d been waiting and waiting for~ haha Weirdly... maybe because there was nothing inserted under my nose, I’ve been breathing well through my nose since the surgery, and the runny nose is a bit annoying, but it just feels like I caught a cold lol I keep wiping the area below my nose with tissue.. there’s no bleeding at all...... -_- That’s a good sign, right? My period started today, so I was really worried The period pain was just... absolute chaos. But now that I think about it, all that worry was pointless haha I had fat taken from my abdomen, and for the nose they said they’d use silicone for the bridge and lift the tip a little too, but well... they didn’t use anything else, my ears are unchanged, and there’s not really anything on the nose I could call a wound.. seems like they won with just one silicone implant. My whole face always felt like it was missing something here and there. My forehead wasn’t flat, but it sat back a bit compared to my brow bone, and my nose wasn’t low, but it was wide and somehow looked big. But seriously lol I’m so, so glad I did it... Even with tape stuck all over my forehead and nose like Frankenstein, it looks prettier than my face before, so I’m really happy Though I do like how my forehead and nose look right now, I’m worried they might become too natural once the swelling goes down Last night I slept badly and was tired, so I yawned and thought I’d just closed my eyes, but it turned out I was under sedation anesthesia.. haha that was so amazing. When I woke up, there was a compression belt around my belly... lol Anyway I should sleep but I’m rambling and can’t sleep.. I got completely absorbed in taking selfies... so I stopped by this community~ haha I’ll post photos once they take the bandages off
