I had nostril reduction and nose-tip cartilage binding done a month ago. I clearly asked for it to be done naturally. But after reducing each side by 4 to 5 mm and having the nose-tip cartilage tied, the nose looks too narrow and the tip has become too blunt.... if anything, the bridge looks too low.. I really regret the surgery now.. I want to go back to how it was before surgery...
