I wanted a natural look, so I had the hump refined while leaving a little of it, and the nasal tip was raised using ear cartilage. It’s day 15, and even after surgery, maybe because of my constitution, I didn’t have much swelling. The hospital also said my swelling went down quickly. I do feel about 2% regret, wondering if I should have had osteotomy. I did want to make the bumpy side line of my nose smoother and a bit slimmer, but I was told that if I had osteotomy, I would have to give up some of the overall height of my nose, so I followed the director’s recommendation not to do osteotomy. I think wanting a 100% perfect nose is being greedy, and I’m satisfied with how beautifully it has improved this much. The shape is still settling, so I’m living carefully.
