I had rhinoplasty this morning. It was implant-free, with osteotomy and nasal tip work. They didn’t use ear cartilage and only used septal cartilage. But it’s been about 8 hours since the surgery ended and I came home, and it hurts so much Is it hurting more because of the osteotomy..... I’m usually pretty good at tolerating pain, but it hurts so much I had facial contouring 2 years ago too, and this hurts more than contouring.... It’s because it’s the first day, right....?? I took my medicine and two Tylenols, but it still hurts so much It’s hard to become pretty

Afterward. Only the first day hurt like I was dying, and from the next day on, thankfully, it got much better~ I’m adding this because people who are about to have surgery might worry after seeing my post-
