I was looking into alar reduction and ended up having surgery here because it seemed like a lot of people got it done here. I do like the fact that my nostrils are smaller, but I got painful, swollen trouble along the incision line three times. Each time, I had to go to the hospital to get an injection and have it squeezed out, and it really hurt.. tears were streaming down my face After that, I think I haven't had any trouble for about 10 months. I'm satisfied with the reduction itself, but for people with oily skin, please keep in mind that something like this can happen. If trouble does appear, don't squeeze it yourself. Be sure to go to the hospital and have it squeezed out and get an injection.
