I consulted with Dr. Kim Tae-hwan, and he was extremely kind. It was a consultation for a hump nose, and he said I could do the surgery for rhinitis at the same time and even explained how to process it through insurance. The consultation fee was either 10,000 won or 5,000 won. Since there was a fee, he spent about fifteen minutes giving a rather detailed consultation.
