While searching around in person and online for a nose revision, I ended up visiting a clinic that does natural-looking surgery without implants. I know this place was originally also famous for breast surgery. My nose structure is a very difficult case, so when I consulted elsewhere, they said things like they weren't sure whether it could definitely be improved, but here the director pursues a no-implant approach and avoids recommending unnecessary things, so I decided to have the surgery. Instead of nasal packing, they put in a sheet inside the nose to support it, so breathing after surgery was relatively easy. Especially there was one coordinator, and instead of the usual commercial tone of a consultation manager, she had a genuine, unforced kindness that stuck with me. It must have been difficult because this was a revision surgery, but the tip of my nose has still not dropped and was corrected well, so my satisfaction with the surgery is very high.
