I had my nose done 3 years ago, and this was my third time. I had septal extension, and until the second time it was okay, but after the third time my nose became a thick bulbous nose, so I'm looking into revision surgery. My glabella is also extremely high, and 6.5 mm of silicone was inserted. So I visited many hospitals, and they said they would revise it the way I wanted, but I'll probably just do it somewhere else. Still, the doctor did try to do it the way I wanted. I also had buried sutures done here, but it failed, so I had it undone here and I'm satisfied now.
