I had a droopy nasal tip + hump nose, so through an open incision, septal cartilage + ear cartilage were used to raise the nasal tip, and the hump was shaved down. I did not put in silicone!! The scar under my nose is still noticeable, but if I cover it with makeup, it doesn’t show much. I really, really wanted a natural-looking nose with the flaws corrected, and I really, really like it!!!!!
