I went in to consult about a bulbous nose and mainly asked about alar reduction. Since it was a bulbous nose, I also asked about cartilage tying and the specific surgical areas, but they said it looked like alar reduction alone would be enough. Overall, the consultation was fine. The director seemed a bit blunt, but they still answered all the questions I asked.
