I got silicone, nose tip, osteotomy, and alar base reduction, and the total was around 4 million won. The reason it was more expensive is because before that I had a procedure where they did a non-incisional open approach and only inserted an implant. Anyway, they removed the implant and then did the surgery like that. It has now been about 3 years since the surgery.
Honestly, before that my nose was very low (I basically had no nasal bridge), and even when I first had an implant inserted, it really felt like, "Was that even nose surgery or not?" But once I properly had the nose tip done too, I finally had a nose, so I was very satisfied. Maybe because I had no nose to begin with? From the front, it just looks ordinary. It looks pretty when I contour it. And it also doesn't look obviously surgically enhanced, so people around me didn't even know I'd had surgery. They only sensed that something had changed...
I had it done in a straight-but-slightly-curved style, and now, about 3 years later, I can feel the nose tip drooping a little, and the implant has started to show!!! And since it was a revision surgery, maybe the silicone wasn't fixed well, because the implant moves around ^^,,,,,,,, I came back because of those two factors, but they brushed over the visibility issue awkwardly, and as for fixing the implant, they said reopening everything just to secure it again would be too much ^^,,, (All I can think is that the aftercare was not great;;^^ Am I asking for too much..?) Anyway, so now I'm looking into a nose revision again in Seoul ^^,,
