I had a lot of nose surgery, and I thought of this place as the last one to try because a friend had gotten surgery with this doctor a long time ago, so I went straight for a consultation and showed photos of the shape I wanted, asking them to make it as close as possible to that. My nose is thin and my skin is thin too, so I wanted my nose to look fuller, and although it wasn't exactly the straight-bridge style in the photo, I trusted them because they said they would make it as thick as possible, so I put down the deposit and had the surgery. But the tip of my nose kept getting thinner and dropping, so I think I've had AS for the nose tip twice already.. Even now it's getting thinner and the tip is sinking.. I'm going back next week for a follow-up, and what should people with thin skin do
