I had revision rhinoplasty after 7 years, and it has just been over 1 year. The material used was donated costal cartilage. The major swelling went down after the 1-month mark, and I think the minor swelling continued to go down even past 6 months. At first, I thought my nose was high, but as it settled, it became natural. I think the line is being maintained well too. Since this was a revision surgery, I was very worried, but I'm relieved that the surgery seems to have gone well compared to what I expected.
