I visited for nostril reduction and went without makeup. They said not much was needed, and that they would make an internal and external incision of around 3 mm. The internal incision is not completely inside; it’s below the nostril line. It leaves a scar. It’s said to be a very famous place for nostril reduction, and since they also run a separate cafe, I went for a consultation. But they didn’t take a CT or anything like that; they just looked at me with a mirror and said it looked like it could be done this way or that way, and that was the end of the consultation. Honestly, since it was nostril reduction, I thought not taking a CT was fine, so the consultation was actually better than I expected. They also showed me actual before-and-after surgery photos. But they didn’t have a separate procedure to show me how the surgery would look on my own face afterward, so I couldn’t decide on surgery. Even though they called it an internal incision, it leaves a scar, so I’m going to keep looking into a true internal incision that goes inside the nasal mucosa.
