It just naturally made my nostrils smaller. If you want a dramatic change, get nose surgery. It seems effective for people with large nostrils. I went in for a consultation and had surgery on the same day, and the surgery took about 20 to 30 minutes. The symmetry was good, and they just reduced it to a reasonable degree, so I’m fairly satisfied.
