Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

The treatment room staff... it’s not their own nose, so they just yanked it around. Aren’t they a psychopath...

When removing the splint, they just ripped the tape off in one direction like pulling off waxing tapeㅋㅋㅋ If they put something on it and gently peeled it off, it would have come off, so why were they trying to remove it with so much force;;;; I was so dumbfounded.. It hurt so much that my mind went blank, so I shouted “Aaagh!!” and said, “It hurts when you pull that hard!!!” Then they said sorry. They kept apologizing, so I felt a bit better.

After that, when they removed the tape from the area where the ear cartilage had been harvested, they said, “This area may hurt a bit too,” and then just pulled hard, so it got tangled with my hair. But they didn’t even try to untangle it and asked, “Should I cut your hair with scissors? People do that too.” I was so speechless I almost cursed, seriously ㅋㅋㅋ If it’s hair near the ear, it takes ages to grow back and it would look like a chunk was bitten off, so it was ridiculous that they would so easily ask to cut it with scissors just because it wasn’t their own hair. They must be asking because some people have actually done that before. Just in case, I tried untangling it with my own hand, and it slipped loose in less than 5 seconds......

They put my IV in, then walked back and forth in the hallway answering calls on the handset, and they seemed so busy. Within 2 minutes, one person consults with the director and comes to the treatment room and goes, so I guess they take patients while being chased by time.

But no matter how rushed they are, a nurse who treats someone roughly just because it’s not their own nose is really... I don’t know if they’re a nurse or a nursing assistant, but if there were a complaint system, I’d really want to file a complaint ㅠㅠ
