It was my first nose consultation. The consultation manager was kind, but I didn't really feel much professionalism. I went because I was very sure I wanted to go with Director GJJ. The price was within the range I wanted. A non-implant option was possible, and I had a slightly prominent hump, but they said they would preserve it and use cartilage below it to refine the tip area.
I was considering silicone, though, and they said adding silicone would be 30 more.
