I had originally booked the head surgeon, but the schedule was suddenly canceled the day before the consultation. It was an afternoon consultation, and they said they would change it to the morning, but since I live in the provinces... For the nose surgery consultation, I have a long nose with a slightly prominent bridge. I preferred a non-implant approach, but they strongly recommended silicone, saying the shape wouldn't look nice unless silicone was inserted. (Other places didn't push silicone that hard.) With silicone, it was 340. Without an implant, it was 360. That was the price for same-day booking. They said that apart from the head surgeon, there weren't many reviews, so they called it an event price. Roughly, they said it would cost about 120 more if I had surgery with the head surgeon.
Anyway, I put surgery on hold after the consultation I had with the surgeon I had originally wanted.
