A review of my alar reduction from 2 years ago. The director was a bit blunt, but people said they were good, so I went to get alar reduction! They said I didn’t need to reduce it as much as I thought (2mm?), so I proceeded as advised, and it doesn’t show much and seems to have turned out naturally well. My nostrils were originally uneven, so it seems hard to improve that, but overall it seems to have been done fairly well and not badly!
