I had a consultation with Director Ha Seung-il, and the consultation proceeded in the order of consultant -> director -> consultant. First of all, I have a low, short upturned nose. The consultant was kind, and I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit or anything like that. The consultant came in at first and took a photo of my side profile. Without a CT scan, the director just brought in a printout of the photo taken of my side profile, touched my nose a little, and proceeded with the consultation. He consulted while drawing directly on my photo and explained rhinitis-related things well too. He mentioned silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but said that if there is too little septal cartilage on the day of surgery, he would use ear cartilage. He said that because my skin is thin, he can’t make the nose itself very high, and if the nasal tip is lowered too much, my face will look longer, so I need to let go of some greed in my mind to be satisfied after surgery. Someone I know had nasal cartilage tying and alar reduction here, and it did turn out well. It just felt like an average, decent clinic??
