First, when you go in, after confirming the appointment, they take a CT scan, and the consultation proceeds in the order of manager -> director -> manager When you go in for the director’s consultation, the director personally takes photos, immediately pulls up my photos on the computer, and shows me with Photoshop, saying this is the kind of nose they would make. Since I have a low, short upturned nose, they said they would use silicone on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and slightly correct the columellar-labial angle. They were very kind and explained in detail, but somehow there was a gap between the natural look I had in mind and the natural look the doctor had in mind, so I wasn’t extremely drawn to it. To me, it felt a bit like they were doing a factory-style nose??...? I think I may have felt that way because, compared with the two other places where I had consultations, they said it would be better to raise it quite a lot. An acquaintance had it done here and it did turn out well, so it doesn’t seem bad??

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
