Nose Re-Surgery

What I Felt After Closed Revision Rhinoplasty + Silicone Removal

I’ve had surgery on my nose 3 times, including this latest surgery. First surgery: silicone was used Revision rhinoplasty: silicone + ear cartilage were used → I had revision surgery because blood had pooled around the silicone The surgery at VN was my second revision rhinoplasty, and because I had gone through a lot of difficulties from using silicone, I said that even if removing the silicone caused a step-off on the nasal bridge, I didn’t want anything put into my nose. One year after the revision surgery, the silicone became crooked and started showing through, so it was really stressful.. There was also no guarantee that this wouldn’t happen again in the future, so I wanted to have it removed and had removal surgery with Dr. Oh Seung-il. The reason I did it closed was because I didn’t want to open up my nose anymore.. I also hated continuing to get scar marks. I went in the first place because I heard Dr. Oh Seung-il was good at closed surgery, so if possible, I wanted to have it done closed. I also had my nasal bones corrected, and the doctor also looked at the area where I had a hump mark. I’ve had nose surgery 3 times so far, and honestly, I like the shape the most this time. And I didn’t get any step-off on the nasal dorsum either. There’s no discomfort, and the crooked-looking appearance is gone, so I’m really satisfied. After having surgery three times, what I realized is that there are many places that are good at implant-free rhinoplasty, even without necessarily using silicone, so I hope you research carefully and get surgery.
