When there was swelling, it looked just right and pretty, but once the swelling went down, the split/irregularity along the nasal bridge became very noticeable. Like this, there’s a severe step-off between the nasal bone and the upper lateral cartilage. When I touch it, I can clearly feel the border of the nasal bone in a ㅅ shape, and below that I can feel the cartilage right under the nasal bone. In my first surgery, septal cartilage was used, and during revision surgery, donated costal cartilage was used, then I had everything removed. I don’t know if this is an inverted-V deformity, saddle nose, or both. Also, after removing the bridge, the horizontal wrinkle in the glabella area and the vertical wrinkle on the nasal dorsum are severe. I had put in a 3 mm nasal bridge implant. I had the removal done at a place that is very, very famous for removals. After total removal, I had cartilage repositioning and alar reduction, but it shifted to one side and formed the line…

One clinic says it's inflammation, and another clinic says it isn't inflammation but just a sensitive reaction. I thought it over and decided to just get it done at the original clinic. But they say a step-off could form. Is it okay to…
