About 10 years ago, I had rhinoplasty with cartilage and autologous dermis. My bulbous nose improved a lot, but as time passed, the height got lower, and the columella also became shorter, so I’m considering revision surgery. I also have a slight hump... I’d like to have consultations about how the surgery could be done. Please recommend hospitals or doctors with solid experience in revision rhinoplasty, like Top Class or Brown ㅠㅠ!

이쁘니요이 I heard autologous dermis has a high absorption rate, and I guess it really does... Usually if the nasal tip is drooping, they fix it with costal cartilage, so make sure you consult around carefully. When I was going around for revision consultations, most clinics recommended costal cartilage too, and I ended up doing it at Louvre after looking at the doctor’s experience and the nose design. You really need to look at everything from multiple angles before deciding.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
