Everyone, I have a question I’ve really been thinking about this since last year, and this time I decided to get revision surgery, you know? But I kept going around for consultations, and they all told me to do it with rib cartilage.. But if I’m going to use rib cartilage, silicone feels burdensome, and honestly, even if they say at first there are no side effects from silicone, you never know what can happen to people.. If I get it done for no reason and something happens, this really has to be the last time I do it, so I decided at ㅇㅍㄽ to do both the nasal bridge and nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, you know? But I’m agonizing over this so much too. I’ve paid the deposit, but I still haven’t set a surgery date.......... I really want to be careful and never want to have surgery again _ Please help me, did I make the right choice???? The nose I uploaded now originally has ear cartilage and silicone in it!!

설설2 Whoa, it’s exactly like my nose. I also booked revision surgery consultations at 3 places Both times were with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so maybe that’s why the nasal bridge looks blunt. This time I heard autologous costal cartilage is sturdy, so I’m going to get a consultation.
달방이 Since the columella needs to be brought out well, if the septal cartilage is small, I think it’s right to make the support strut firm with autologous costal cartilage. The nasal bridge material must be something to think about.
보리언닝짱 [@설설2] Where are you going for consultations???
보리언닝짱 Yeah, they said the columella has to be removed So I’m totally agonizing over the nasal bridge right now too...

유야유 I’m also planning a revision with autologous costal cartilage
보리언닝짱 [@유야유] I guess revision surgery has to be done with autologous costal cartilage no matter what
