Should I remove the silicone?

At first, I had nose surgery, and the silicone bent into a C shape, so I had revision surgery. But this time too, the silicone bent. My forehead is completely sunken, but the bridge is so straight and high that my side profile looks monstrous and it’s very noticeable,, huh,, When I go out to places like restaurants and look in the mirror, it’s obvious that there’s an implant in there,, I’m going crazy. I had osteotomy + silicone bridge implant + ear cartilage for the tip + tip cartilage suturing done. If I remove the silicone and ear cartilage, will my nose stay intact?
