15 years ago, I had silicone and ear cartilage, but developed contracture. 4 years ago, I had revision surgery (Gore-Tex for the nasal bridge, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip), but recently I developed inflammation and a granuloma, so I’m trying to have it removed. Where would be good for this? I heard Gore-Tex removal has to be done really well, so I’m very worried. I heard the top three are good, but I don’t want to use foreign materials anymore, so I’m thinking of removal and reconstruction with autologous dermis at ㅂㅂ in Suwon or ㅇㄹ in Seoul. Do they do removal well there? How about ㅋㅂㅈ?

joghyg Autologous dermis also has a high absorption rate, so I don’t recommend it... Removing Gore-Tex is extremely tricky, so you need to go somewhere with a lot of experience. I had it removed at 정ㅇ and then had another revision with silicone. It was removed cleanly, and even though it’s been a year now, I haven’t had any problems.
