Please help me, 6 years after nose surgery (a bit long...)

A long time ago, I had surgery with silicone, but because I hit my nose on a car door, I had surgery 6 years ago with Gore-Tex for the nasal bridge and chest cartilage for the nasal tip... When I woke up from anesthesia, I really thought I was going to die. It hurt so much I could not breathe, and the director placed a large syringe into my chest.. It was horrific. After 1 year passed, the nasal bridge and nasal tip were pointing up to the sky.. They still look almost like that now... As for the nasal tip, I do not know if it is because of scar tissue or because the chest cartilage is warped.. The nostrils are completely asymmetric. Also, I do not know if the carving was done wrong, but it is bumpy and protrudes slightly white.. My original nose was extremely low and short.. After that, I could not even imagine revision surgery, and I lived in real despair, with social avoidance, barely greeting people when I met them.. I could not work.. I suffered from severe depression. Not long after the surgery, I could feel something hard between the left nasal ala and nasal dorsum. It was not severely noticeable, so I did not pay attention, but after coming into this community and reading various things, it seemed like scar tissue.. Maybe that is why the front of my nose is twisted.. The problem is that now, 6 years later, one night I touched my nose a bit more than usual, and from the next day it throbbed, and it hurt when I touched the inside of my nose with a cotton swab. So I took anti-inflammatory medication and it went away. But only the left side was throbbing, and one day it felt like my nose was about to fall off, like pressure was being applied from somewhere, and I got scared. So I went to the emergency room (because I live abroad, it is hard to immediately find a Korean clinic..), but they sent me back saying there was no swelling and it was not red. Even after taking painkillers, the throbbing remained.. There was almost no swelling. There was no redness or swelling of the skin either.. It was like that for several days, and now it has calmed down a bit. I called the director in Korea who performed the procedure, and he said it does not seem to be inflammation, but if signs of inflammation appear, I should remove only the Gore-Tex in the nasal bridge.. I would like to ask everyone here some questions!! 1. If I remove only the nasal bridge implant (Gore-Tex), will the nasal tip not lift? Even now, my nostrils are slightly visible.. The doctor says the chest cartilage in the nasal tip has all been grafted in and there is absolutely no problem, so I should leave it alone... 2. Since my nose was raised very high, can that also act as a negative factor when removing it? 3. When removing the nasal bridge implant, can the nasal tip alone be reshaped again? 4. What would you do? After having surgery with chest cartilage, I really get a lot of foreign material inside my nose, it feels stuffy, and I feel like I am going to die.. The doctor says it is very simple and easy, but how can I trust those doctors... My mind is foggy right now from the stress.
