I lowered the silicone height, but

I told the doctor at every one of the three consultations to lower the silicone height as much as possible, but he said if I said it now he’d forget, so I should tell him right before the surgery. So right before surgery I begged him to cut the silicone on the bridge between the eyes, lower the starting point, and lower the tip as much as even 1 mm if possible. But when I went to get the stitches out, the doctor said he had cut the tip silicone a little like I asked, and lowered the bridge by 2 mm and the tip by about 1 mm, but since my bridge bone was originally high, lowering it more could make it look like a hump nose, so that was as low as he could make it... I had clearly asked him to cut the bridge between the eyes, but the doctor misunderstood and cut the nose tip instead. When I said, "I was talking about the bridge between the eyes," he kept babbling that the bridge between the eyes had already been lowered as much as it could be, and if he cut the wrong part of the bridge between the eyes there could be a visible boundary line, and so on... Anyway, he said he lowered it by 2 mm, so I thought it would be okay. Now I’ve been home for about two weeks, and my family says the tip has gotten bigger like a clown nose and the bridge between the eyes looks even higher. Why is this happening? Is it because he cut the tip silicone? Is this swelling? Since it was revision surgery, I didn’t have any swelling at all even the day after surgery. Can only the bridge and tip have swelling? My younger sibling is teasing me right now, saying my bridge between the eyes looks like Lee Hyori’s Chiri Chiri Bbang Bbang nose and Jang Geun-suk’s nose.
