The consultant was very, very kind They took photos and edited them in Photoshop. I wasn’t 100% satisfied, but the consultant explained things kindly for a long time, so I felt trust It was disappointing that the actual consultation with the director was short I think it was because it was my first surgery and not a difficult procedure!
