I went thinking it was a fairly large hospital, but as soon as I arrived, I was surprised because it felt so much like a factory-style clinic.... It was peak season, but even though I had made a reservation, I waited over an hour for the consultation. While waiting, people who were going to have surgery and people who had already had surgery were going in and out, and the atmosphere was scary. I wanted to consult with the director, but they said that wasn't possible, so I had a consultation with another doctor. They were kind. But after the consultation with the manager, I ended up feeling bad.
