I had double eyelid removal, and I was left with a lot of excision scars on my eyes.. Since it literally removes it, you can think of it as cutting out all the skin Only people who still want to remove it even if scars remain should do it.. Because my double eyelids were high, there was a lot to excise, and for a while my eyes wouldn’t even close. The scarring was so severe that I spent more on scar treatment than on the surgery But the scars are still severe It doesn’t look like normal skin, and the removed area is hard and looks like a white linear scar
