The director was very proud. The before-and-after photos were really the exact nose shape I wanted, which I liked, but if there wasn't enough cartilage during surgery they said they would use mesh. The coordinator said mesh wasn't dangerous at all, which made me a little... They unexpectedly recommended lowering the nostrils here, and honestly it might actually be the answer if I want the nose shape I want. They were very confident about lowering the nostrils. But since it's a first surgery and would involve changing so many things, I think a revision would be hard if something went wrong later, and to make things more decisive, the coordinator said they had lowered the nostrils here too, but their nose tip looked too thick, so I think it depends on the person and changed my mind. If it weren't for the mesh for the nostrils, I liked the before-and-after photos here the most.
