I originally had some nasal bridge height, so I had surgery without an implant. They said if silicone were inserted, it would become too large, so the method took into account that the nasal tip would be slightly upturned. From the front, it was a bulbous nose, and from the side, it looked stuffy, so I had bulbous nose correction + columella lowering + alar lifting. A septal support graft was used, and septal cartilage was also used for the columella lowering. I wanted to reduce the nostril wings too, but they said I couldn’t because my nostrils are small. Every clinic I visited said my skin was thick, so I shouldn’t expect much and might not be satisfied, which made me sad, but it became much smaller than I expected, so I’m so happyㅜㅜㅜ I feel like the stuffy look is gone!! And they said it will get a little smaller as the swelling goes down, and from the side, the nasal tip is slightly upturned now, but they said it will come down more by the 3-month mark.
