I'm really satisfied with my nose. Another clinic suggested osteotomy and recommended a lot of different things, and this clinic was expensive too, but they corrected my long nose and bulbous nose well. I used 3.5 silicone, and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage. I didn't have much swelling, probably because I didn't get an osteotomy.
