I had the consultation with the chief director, and it seemed like he came in for the consultation right after finishing surgery. He said costal cartilage wasn’t necessary and that my nasal septum would be sufficient. He said the nasal tip is more important than the nasal bridge, and it seems like he places importance on correcting the nasolabial angle. The clinic atmosphere had many foreigners and was slightly hectic.
