When I had rhinoplasty, they didn’t touch the nasal bridge, and only raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage + corrected my nose because it was a bit crooked, but it wasn’t corrected... and the nasal tip became rounder, so it looks even lower Since my nasal tip was drooping, I went for another consultation, and they said the nasal tip always droops no matter what, and that shaving down the hump would actually make it look higher, so they recommended adding hump surgery... I’m looking into revision surgery now..
